I&D Week is the largest event in Apple Cork's Calendar. A week long celebration of Inclusion and Diversity with speaker events, workshops and live performances. Each year has its own visual branding and traditionally was completed by a single intern. 
As we had a Graduate (Me) and an Intern we decided to try and elevate the branding for 2023 and 2024, creating a visual identity that can be brought through to later years while giving future interns the ability to add their own unique flare.
The '&' became the core of the brand, symbolising the continuous and evolving conversations to be had around inclusion and diversity. 
I had the idea of building the posters in Keynote (along with a best practices guide) so that each group of Event Organisers could self serve. Filling out a colour way of their choice with their relevant information without having to rely on a designer.
This led to posters being completed in advance of the deadline and meant that no money was spent on last minute printing. This approach saved the company a thousands of euro. 
Inclusion & Diversity Week 2024
Both myself and the Intern, Zach, knew we wouldn't be with Apple for I&D Week 2024. But as it would be the 10 year anniversary of the event we wanted to set up the next design intern up for success. We created the I&D '24 brand and printed a Brand Guideline booklet.
